Returns
|
Items (except books and patterns) in original condition
may be reutrned for an exchange or store credit. We
can not accept items for return which have been
exposed to cigarette or cigar smoke or pet hair or
dander.

Holds
|
Items (excluding new merchandise) may be held for a
period of 24 hours, after which they will be returned to
the stock. (New merchandise is any item that has
been on the shop floor for fewer than 14 days.)

Special Orders
|
Special orders may take 6 - 12 weeks to arrive,
depending on the vendor. We can not accept special
orders for items from Blue Moon Fiber Arts. Special
orders will be held for a period of 10 days from the
date we receive the merchandise, after which they will
be returned to the sales floor if they have not been
picked up.

Mail Orders
|
All mail orders will be shipped via USPS priority mail
and must be paid in advance.

Classes
|
If you can not make a class please give us 7 days
notice to transfer you to another class or issue a store
credit. Refunds will only be issued if we must cancel a
class.

Private Lessons
|
We're always glad to help with a quick question here
and there, but we ask that if you need more than 15
minutes of attention, please schedule a private
lesson. Private lessons are a flexible way to learn
new skills and get intensive help with your knitting,
crochet or spinning that's geared to your specific
needs. We prefer to schedule them during the week,
but limited weekend slots are available.
$30 an hour.
